Obedience

Being obedient to God is of utmost importance. It isn’t just right now but for the rest of your life. Don’t be stupid and mess up your walk w God for any person.

God will use a nonbeliever if you don’t boss up and do what He says. Idk about you but I don’t want Him taking my anointing bc I failed to obey! One act of obedience is worth more than all the prayers you could send up for yourself. There are rewards for obedience.

Answered prayers is a reward. Who doesn’t want all of their prayers answered? I know I do and you should too. We can have everything we ask in His name IF we are obedient through faith. Long life with peace is another promise for obedience. I challenge you to start reading the Bible for 5 minutes a day. Sit in prayer with Him for 5 minutes while driving to work. Download an audio Bible and have it read to you on your way to the office. When you start the relationship He is more than faithful to start speaking to you.

How do you hear from God? He will just download info into you that you have no idea where it came from. There are some things I know that I have had to go research bc I have no idea where I got it – this was before I figured out it was God. He knows everything and definitely more than google. Can’t trust all of google anymore but you can always trust God! He speaks through His word! He tells me where to go for what He wants to talk about; when I listen. I’m still learning to be obedient but this year I will stay in His Will and His Way for me. That voice that you first hear when asking Him a question is His answer. You’re not always going to like it but to walk in His Will we must obey. You’re gonna need to be still and shut up to hear Him.

1 John 3:22 And whatever we ask we will receive from Him, bc we keep His commandments and do things that are pleasing to His sight.

May God keep you, bless you, protect you and hold you all of this year! If you don’t have anything good to say keep your mouth shut and obey Him. Treat folks as you want to be treated.
