I was going to write something else here today but God knows that fear is coming hard at His people. He wants you to know the antidote to this tormenting spirit. I went live this morning on facebook for like an hour speaking about how to do this and facing some of my own fears. I have not been one to go live and teach about these spirits or how to beat them but now I see it as I get to. I get to do this for God. I get to increase the knowledge of His people. I get to help people get rid of demons around them. If you’re on facebook I encourage you to watch that live.
In order for me to beat fear I have had to face all of them and lay them at Jesus’ feet. He is just to deliver us but we have to acknowledge all fears, accept them, admit to them and work through them. We have to take them to God and allow Him to fight fear because it is a tormenting spirit. It is a demon from the pits of hell. When I admit to things the enemy cannot use them against me anymore. I know what God is going to do with me and I have had to admit to my faults and fears but I am not telling you that you have to other than with God. He is the mighty deliverer of all things but when He delivers you from things get those things out of you and your way of thinking. You cannot return to what kept you in bondage. This could be people or your favorite sins. I have had to let go of both. I am good now except I still struggle with wanting to smoke cigarettes. I do.. Unfortunately I am still human. I understand that verse where Paul says he does things that he doesn’t want to do but his flesh is weak. God tells Paul that His graces is sufficient for him. We all mess up but it is getting back right with God that matters. You’re going to mess up but you will not fail. God has your back!
You have to love and perfectly for fear to be kicked out of your life for good by God. Perfect love casts out fear. That perfect love includes loving yourself!! I had problems with this so I can tell you all about it if you need help. God had to literally teach me how to love myself again. I did not hate me but I did not love me how God does and that is perfect love. God is perfect love. We also have to love everyone as we love ourselves. When we love everyone as we love ourselves and love ourselves how God loves us and see people as God does it makes loving them a whole lot easier. I never understood why others would want to see people as God sees them but I do now. God is the most important person in our lives. He wants you to bring everything to Him, even your temptations, your weaknesses, and your disdain for His people. He will teach you to love them.
Lord, thank You for today. For Your mercy, grace, forgiveness and Your perfect love. Help us love ourselves and see ourselves as you see us. Fight our battle with fear for us and bring us into your will. Send us the spirits of peace, love, unity, forgiveness and the gift of love. Help us see others as you see them Lord. Forgive us where we have failed you and move us back into your will. We love you Father. In Jesus name amen
