Kingdom marriages

God has been talking to me about Kingdom marriages taking place for about a year. I am not sure when it will happen but if you haven’t met your future spouse already it wont be long now. Give God a shout of praise!! I can see this already happening since the first time I mentioned this to my followers on facebook. I can see people that have not been dating long getting married. I believe many more marriages will come before the end of this year. Please know with all prophetic words they will be confirmation unless they are for times and seasons which are for everyone. You will know if any word is for you because it will be confirmation and not the first time you’ve heard about it. Test all spirits! Take it before the Lord and let Him explain things to you. Cinderella story is what I keep hearing.

These marriages are God ordained and these couples will do the work of God in the earth. Jesus sent HIs disciples out two by two and we are about to see this again. These marriages not only share passion but share purpose. They are for God’s glorious purpose and will exhibit His design for marriage. Not only will these couples love each other endlessly but they both keep God first in their lives. Marriage is a covenant between God, you and your spouse. These couples know the importance of covenant. They know how to keep their peace even in the most trying times. They know how to pray it through and stay the course with the most detrimental distractions because they have experienced some of the worst circumstances already and survived.

These people will be, more than likely, told by God that they are supposed to be together, from what He has taught me. They will establish order and walk in the design God created us, ruling and reigning over any chaos that comes their way. Any and all opposition they face will be overcome by their union with God. They are submitted to God. They are to bring about the original mandate that we learn about in Genesis. They know who their enemy is which allows them to know it isn’t each other. They will take everything to God and get His opinion before moving out of alignment. His will not their own!!

Our relationship with God can be described as a fire. One log does not burn very long but two pieces keep the flames hot longer. Logs burn best in the presence of other logs.. Our ability to remain on fire in our spiritual walk are largely determined by the others surrounding us. if one goes out it will catch the flame from the other and they will stay hot for Jesus. Praying together, warring together for the betterment of their families and mankind. Praying together and separately is the key to any marriage. Those that go to God in prayer before going to war with the other person will have stronger marriages and a much more secure chance of coming out on top of all situations.

Covenant is a central theme of the Bible. It is used by God to govern His kingdom. It is a divinely created bond. It’s a spiritually binding relationship between God and His people that include benefits, responsibilities, and effects of an agreement. Marriage is far more than a piece of paper or a contract it is a covenant that means more than any business contract we will ever enter into. Mutual love and concern (Deut. 6) covenants bring blessings (Deut 29:9) keep the words of the covenant. Covenants are ratified in blood in the Bible. God went to great lengths to come into covenant with His people. He gave His son, Jesus. Covenants are serious matters!

Roles of a Kingdom marriage for husband and wife are taught in the Bible. Women are to be submissive to their husbands and husbands are to love their wife as Christ loved the church. This is oneness and it is to mirror God in a unified way. Oneness of spirit- the Holy Spirit. These people will have a relationship with the Holy Spirit before they do each other. (Eph 4) bond of peace.. brings unity. Do we have the humility, gentleness, patience, and love to submit our wills, and our agendas to God and His agenda? This is important! The challenge of preserving the unity of the Spirit is that we are fallen, broken people living in fallen broken world where we are married to fallen, broken people. This is why these couples had to go through their process of healing their hearts and minds before God puts them together. If you are wanting to get married do the work on yourself first and God will send your mate.

Pray more than you complain. This is really for any and everything but especially for your spouse. Our words can destroy relationships because words are so hard to forget and move past. People don’t understand the importance of their words and the need for shutting up. We think we need to get our point across but really we need to take it to God.

God is looking for His submitted ones to bring order to the chaos we live in. Do the work within and seek first the Kingdom and then everything will be added to you. (Matt 6:33) seeking means you are in hot pursuit. What are you really pursing? Are your motives pure? Loneliness is not a reason to get married!!
