Healing the heart

Did you know your heart has like remembrance cells? Me either until recently. These cells are also conscious and hear you! What are you planting in your heart?

Don’t let the sun go down on your anger. Let me tell you why…. When we are angry and don’t work through it, it plants a seed of resentment which grows into bitterness, and turns to wrath. These are not good seeds to allow growth in your heart. This is why we need to forgive the same day. When we don’t these seeds flourish and monitoring spirits will attempt to eat you up reminding you of stuff said to reinstate the anger.

That’s not really where I was headed with this but ok…

Now, those cells are conscious they hear you and will do what you say. You can clear all the negative out of your heart and replace it with positive. Of course this is gonna take work on your part. You’re gonna have to get to know your heart. If you listen closely it will speak to you and let you know so much. The heart leads the flesh and evil starts there first. What’s inside a persons heart will come out. We are in a season of deep, deep, deep exposure. Everything in the dark is coming to light. Once it is exposed to the light it can be healed.

Don’t reject what your heart feels but work through it- IN MEDITATION!! Do not act on anything but keep your mouth shut!! Work through this with Jesus and your heart. What are you feeling? What comes to mind first?

Whatever comes up write Jesus a letter about it. You don’t have to write it in the natural (you can) but in the spirit (see it) and then hand it to Him. This is you allowing your heart to release and give it away so you don’t have to carry it anymore. Allow your heart to write it, get it all out! Anything and everything that bothers you … give it to Him! We carry stuff we were never meant to even attempt the burdens of picking up.

Plant love! Plant the seed of love. See a seed in your hand with love written on it (imagine a sweet tart or something lol) and then place it in your heart. Jesus will water it, He lives there. It will grow and flourish … my God does it ever!

Plant a mustard seed of faith there too. It will blossom into His faith He has in himself.

This works! And tell your heart to beat again and for the walls it’s built to fall!! The walls of Jericho – praise Him and those walls will fall! Trust me!
