Quick brain trick to stop anxiety.
Breathe in for a count of 5 and out for a count of 8. Do this 3 times!
This will allow your brain to know that you are safe. Your body will stop responding to wanting to panic. Your heart rate will slow and will calm. Now command that demon to leave! Renounce everything it said. Then ask yourself why you were anxious. Be honest with yourself. Search the why and heal it. What are you afraid of? Get to the root! When you find it uproot it! Cover yourself in the blood so you don’t feel like you’re missing anything, that lie was apart of you. He will patch you right up.
