Yesterday will chain you. Don’t let yesterday into today (try it for just today. Trap every thought from the past and tell it no, not today), it doesn’t matter anymore. We are getting born again each and every day. We know better, we do better. We are born into Yeshua’s likeness daily. People think all the born again-ness is a one time thing. No! This is a daily thing. We die more and more to this world daily. The more we die to the world the more we are reborn into His likeness. Today is a new day for you and for everyone you come in contact with. Your past nor theirs matters! When Yahweh looks at you He doesn’t see yesterday! He sees you now! In all your perfection! See what He sees!

When you catch something and stop that cycle that is also born again! Celebrate!! Not everyone knows what you went through to break that or start that or forgive that, only you so celebrate good times! Celebration rewires the brain too. High 5 yourself! Tell yourself how thankful you are to your body for being your home – your body is alive and conscious. Love you! And you are not your body! You are a spirit w a soul that lives in your body. You are not from this world but merely having a fleshly experience, you chose everything about your life before you come and then got free will. Daddy is always up for a good show so He gives us free will. He always gets His way but whether it takes 11 days or 40 years is on us. He will get us in alignment for His plan using all means available to Him.

Did you know w each negative thought we are giving ourselves brain damage? Negative neural pathways = brain damage! Keeping your thoughts on everything holy, things from above, Jesus (Phil 4:8) this changes your brain! It creates positive, warm and fuzzy, neural pathways. All your happiness is from within.

How are you really living? Be honest w yourself. What are you thinking about? Our thoughts shape our reality. What do you want in your life- think on it, feel it, be it! Who are you constantly hating on in your head? That is a root digging exercise! It will not feel good but is necessary for healing. Forgiveness is your key here, and that includes yourself bc wisdom is gonna show you what you should have done and then she’s gonna change you. Her lessons are not always pain-free either so learn the lesson! What could you improve upon? What is your environment like? It is an outward expression of your inside. Nobody else’s lives inside you so figure these things out.

Becoming a better version of ourselves is not always easy. Looking inside ourselves is not always easy but all of this is so worth it. Lots of things and people make me happy but they are not responsible for my happiness, that is an inside job.
