I’m in a really cool spot for the weekend. Yahweh totally did me a solid!! I am in a period correct fort and in a cabin and not a tent. There is electricity in the cabin and I can charge my phone. Hallelujah!
Pretty, pretty princess is out of her element hahah! But, I’m loving the history lessons… I love history!

Martin’s Station is a re-enactment park and everything must be period correct. The couple I’m with do these several times a year and their clothes are so cute, different but cute. This is more during the revolutionary war time but they do civil war too. It’s cool! I don’t think this is my forte but I can enjoy and appreciate it! !

There are tents everywhere and people selling period correct things. One place has looms, and he showed me how to do it – it was neat. there is a blacksmith, pigs, tobacco plants, garden, a house where everyone gathers to cook and a tavern. It’s neat. Also, there is a place where the Indians reside around the bend.
The oven in the fort was sooo cool. It’s bricks with a mud topper. I’ll have to take a pic of that tomorrow. I was told they bake bread in it. And people are cooking over a fire in cast iron Dutch ovens which is cool to see. The utensils are wood and I did see a fork for sale. It’s not what we use and all of this will definitely make you appreciate our technology… I know one day we will return to this type of cooking and I’m getting to see it first hand which is an experience of a lifetime. I bought a cookbook a while back with recipes on how to do this or I’d prolly starve. I pray this man He’s sending me can light a fire bc I cannot get dried up leaves to burn hahah but I can cook, maybe not over an open fire but I can learn …. As long as there is fire lol

The closest I’ve ever been to anything like this (reenactment) is watching “Sweet Home Alabama”. pretty, pretty princess, passenger princess (I absolutely love being chauffeured) Queen Esther! I even like fru fru frilly things and the good coffee creamer … I also don’t like drying my hair and would love someone to do this for me twice a month. High maintenance? Nope, just His Queen!

I’m gonna have to go on a fast, detox and cleanse after this weekend bc there are vendors on the other side of the park (it’s more like a huge plantation) that will have all kinds of food. I’m totally enjoying the journey!

Where are you from? Arkansas… then she told me she was born in Paris, AR and I was like oh that’s cool I’m from more of the Memphis area. Then she asked me something else and I told her I’ve been on an Abraham move and now in TN where I was sent with a couple (I don’t think she heard this part except Abraham move) she asked me what that was. I answered and told her … you know how God told Abraham to take everything and leave his fathers land and she said yes. I said it was so Yah could remove all ancestral sin from that bloodline and all idols. She said ohhhh and then hugged me and asked me if I was on the move alone. I am and she told me to enjoy myself. I went in the fort and peeked in everything Shawnee was giving me a tour then we caught back up with this woman again and she said can I help you? She was standing there talking to Gavin, I pulled my sunglasses down and said we just spoke and Shawnee and Gavin told her I was with them and she said I asked if you were alone and I said I am, you asked if I was on this move alone. You didn’t ask me where I was staying or I would have answered. Gotta be specific and that is how our Daddy is. That was pretty cool to see. Every time I look I’m different. I do love this
