To fix the stiffness reset your vagal nerve – look and focus on something in front of you for 30 seconds now look hard right and focus on something for 30 seconds then hard left for 30 seconds you’ll need to find something to focus on bc your eyes will try and jump.

To fix the body aches reset your nervous system – snap right fingers, snap left fingers and then clap. I do this a few times and then move around . Shake it off

Any energy thst doesn’t belong in this body that is not love must go! Any DNA thst has been turned off due to the environment and/or food i command you turn on now and reset each strand to be exactly the way Yah originally created it. Any dna affected by our environment or food we speak to the stem cells and command a factory reset to original settings

Everything is coming up – childhood wounds, regret, shame, guilt etc – feel it, forgive it, rewrite it and reparent yourslef to heal the child and teen. Get on the train if you need to – do this in the spirit, in meditation. Ye
