There’s a raging ocean, and it’s flexing it’s waves. But our God’s got the power; He’s our MVP.
Psalm 46:3
Just chill, know He’s the King. He’s got this, it’s in His hands. Psalm 46:9
Drop your worries, chill out and recognize His vibe, He’s the real deal, no cap Psalm 46:10
The Lord of hosts is with us; He’s our ride or die. The God of Jacob’s got our back, and that’s fact. Psalm 46:11 the book of Psalm translated for Gen Z
I just got this translation in and I was curious as to how one of my faves translated – i like it …. at the bottom is from the Geneva Bible in old English, quite the differences but the sameness

3For the raging roar of stormy winds and crashing waves
cannot erode our faith in you.
9Everyone look!
Come and see the breathtaking wonders of our God.
For he brings both ruin and revival.
He’s the one who makes conflicts end
throughout the earth,
breaking and burning every weapon of war.
10Surrender your anxiety.
Be still and realize that I am God.
I am God above all the nations,
and I am exalted throughout the whole earth.
11Here he stands!
The Commander!
The mighty Lord of Angel Armies is on our side!
The God of Jacob fights for us!
Same verses The Passion Translation

3Though its waters roar and foam,
Though the mountains tremble at its roaring. Selah. 9He makes wars to cease to the end of the earth;
He breaks the bow into pieces and snaps the spear in two;
He burns the chariots with fire.
10“Be still and know (recognize, understand) that I am God.
I will be exalted among the nations! I will be exalted in the earth.”
11The Lord of hosts is with us;
The God of Jacob is our stronghold [our refuge, our high tower].
Amplified

3Though the waters thereof rage and be troubled, and the mountaines shake at the surges of the same. Selah, 9He maketh warres to cease vnto the endes of the world: he breaketh the bowe and cutteth the speare, and burneth the chariots with fire. 10Be still and knowe that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, and I wil be exalted in the earth. 11The Lord of hostes is with vs: the God of Iaakob is our refuge.
