Daddy, we praise You. Thanks for another day and thank You for Your direction. Thank You for easing every worry we could ever have. Thank You for blanketing us with your peace. Thank You for shielding and protecting us. Thank You for Your love, Your mercy and Your grace. My God, thank You. We praise You for the power of the blood. Thank You that every fiery dart falls flat and nothing can penetrate this shield You have around us. Thank You that every spell, hex, vex, incantation, enchantment, word curse is flipped automatically and returned to original sender. Thank You for teaching us the spiritual realm and how to rule and reign. Thank You that our harvest is here and we are walking into everything You promised. Thank You for healing us. We apply the blood – head to toes – saturated. And over our thoughts, wills, emotions, and our heart. Thank You for opening up our hearts and for purifying them through fire. Boy were we ever tried in fire lol thanks! We truly cannot thank You enough for this training! Search us and know us, find any anxiety, fear or doubt that is trying to reside in us and remove it all Holy Spirit. Thank You. Thank You for Your forgiveness and we ask for it. In any area of our lives we have not fully given to you, we repent and give ourselves unto You. Show us where we are hindering ourselves, what we are trying to hide and pull us out of transition. Thank You for transitional and transformational grace. Thank You so much! We ask for fresh oil Daddy. New wine. Supernatural strength and stamina. Thank You for angelic assistance and that they are bringing everything to us. Thank You! Thank You for meeting me. I praise You. Thank You for my anointing. Thank You. I do think You’re crazy and I love Your crazy… ummm, so much! I mean walking on water! Thanks for this! Yes sir, I see it. I just had a vision of the spot He has shown me where I will walk on water. I have seen this vision a few times but this time there were more people and we were all on the water. He called to them through me and they walked right out to me. We were all lined up across the Tennessee river. Hundreds of us and it was beautiful. It made me cry! I praise You for this opportunity! Thanks for closing the portals with me. You totally rock. I am so amazed by You and love working with You. Thank You! It is truly my pleasure. She’s crying again lol. She’s such a softy at times. The mirrorverse was fun. Thanks for holding my hand and allowing me to watch. I praise You.

I praise You for the protection You have provided to us, the fiery hedge securing us, for putting us behind Your wings, thank You for our angels. Anoint our tongues so we may speak to the angels. Anoint our eyes so we may see them. Anoint our ears so we may hear them. Anoint our hearts so we may trust their guidance. Thank You for teaching us to work with the angels and to stay in alignment with You. Daddy, that is my only fear. She is crying it out. He’s about to rewrite her and you on this. My fear is failing You that i am just crazy and boy what an imagination I would have haha she’s laughing now. She knows. She knows better. Not even a doubt can rise up in me. We did it. That their changes and healings happen immediately bc of the anointing. That through those they acquire the knowing I have with what You have said and that You help all our faith. Thanks!

I praise You for waking us up. Thank You for wrapping Yourself around Yours and providing us so much clarity we could never get out of step. Thanks for the angel that will trip us if we get out of alignment. Thanks for zapping everyone into full enlightenment, let them see. Thanks for teaching us bc our humans have been on the ignorant side. Thanks that You have provide for Your people and that they lack nothing. That You will not withhold anything from us. Thank You for showing us who we are in and through You. Thank you that the prayers established in the heavenlies are brought into the natural in real time. Thank!

Quicken them Daddy. Quicken them and show them the truth. Bring them in. Bring them in. Touch the lost through us. Show Your love to them through us. Let us be a walking example enabling all the church hurt to see they were not hurt by you but by people. Open their eyes. We stand int he gap for Yours, Your body, everyone that has ever given You their heart and the ones that haven’t. My God, touch them. Show them Your love and bring them to Yourself. Forgive them. Grace Daddy, mercy. Zap their mortal body. We loose a spirit of forgiveness over the Body and ask you to teach us to forgive like You do. We loose the spirit of love over the Body and ask You to activate it and teach us to walk in Your love.

Expose everyone working against us. Expose anyone trying to hinder our growth. Expose every demon working against our destiny and we praise You for our authority. No weapon will prosper and we cancel those assignments against us now! Yep! Back up! Not today! Thanks but no thanks! Thank You Daddy! Keep everyone attempting to be a distraction away from us. Bring those that are assigned to us. We give you full permission to move people in and out. You choose! We ain’t stepping without you! Done messing up. Done with the way things have been. Done! It’s time to move or move me. Thank You for the experience though and for teaching me to trust You. For showing me how much You can make with a very little amount. Amen! Thank You!! Daddy, thanks for teaching us to communicate effectively. Thank You that our voices and that the velocity of our voices touch and are effective in every realm and time dimension. Amen! Thank You for our power and we call all of our power back to us now. From every entity, person, place, thing, article, conversation, situation and circumstances now, where I have willingly or unwilling relinquished my power and energy I call it all back to me now and cover it in the blood and thank You for it being perfected by Your healing. This is to come back to me from any timeline, dimension, realm – all of them. Amen

Thank You for the ones You have chosen for us. Thank You for teaching our spouse to love us like You do. Thank You for exposing the truth to them. Thank You for the grace to transition into the beautiful butterfly You have been formulating and the new life You are giving us. We are not grasshoppers and we will enter our land with our head held high knowing You went before us and prepared the way. That is smooth and grace is slathered all upon us. Thank You! 0230- I believe there was a huge shift last night. I felt like crap and had one of the worst headaches. I have not had a headache that bad since summer. It was like every energy center in my neck, face and head was all getting rid of and receiving something else at the same time. The last time it hurt like that I had two glasses of wine. I was ready to jump out of my skin. I love my body and her and I have merged (Oh yay that’s such great news! That was my shift. The mind becoming the body. Dr. Joe talks about this. I wasn’t sure he knew what he was talking about until this happened to me and i heard it last night. I felt another part of me submit last night. I was dancing and i heard the body asking the mind to take over and merged the two and He said something about this in the live yesterday morning. It happened but not without some pain. This hurt and it took a good 2 hours to come out of it. I couldn’t go ground but I tried. It was raining. She just looked for an enemy and found them no more. Cell remembrance and muscle memory (renewing the mind haha this is part of the shifts that will occur inside you) changing from how things used to be into how things are in the future. Living from the future in the now. This is part of feeling so the subconscious mind will remember. That is how that mind works, by feeling. To impress anything you are gonna have to make your subconscious mind believe it. You wont see it until you believe it. All these subtle shifts lead to the one where you just step into it. I guess. I really dont know, yet. This is all in theory at this point but I trust Him and I am stepping into the promises. Apparently we are about to walk into something and we praise You for this bc boy do we need a miracle. That headache was so bad I didnt sleep. I was up and anxious bc of the headache. Those headaches bring up every fearful cell in this body bc of what she survived with those things for years. We had to rewrite that too. She was waiting for the shoe to drop and we had to rewrite that. We have been in a steady rewrite and its like what wasnt supposed to be there was pushed out and redone. I guess this needed to be written so I wouldn’t forget. There must be more. I just got really sleepy.

0254 i do kinda feel like a historian for what all is going on and I felt a like I met John the Baptist last night and that was cool. I felt his heart on truly wanting to pave the way for our King. I fell this. I am going back to bed for a little while. Last night was rough. The headache and trying to make it better was tiring. All the warfare yesterday, but really it was fun. Weather, closing portals, fighting in mirrors … yea, lol, My body is getting tired, some hope deferred, feelWhat am I missing? What do I need to do?

0306= not sure why the times is having to go on this but we are just going with it. Shes sitting here crying bc she has poured and poured. I feel like my cup needs a boost. Boy are we venturing to self pity land- no, and if we are trying to shut that down. Thanks for being honest with me about how you feel. When you see you will know why it took so long. It is so much bigger than you an imagine. Sick of hearing that. Sick of hearing right around the corner. Sick of hearing that crap over and over like a broken record and nothing. If this is a test i will pass and I am passing, with flying colors. There is nothing i need. We might only have x to our name but we will be ok. Yep, this made her cry and tried to make her feel unsafe like she wont be take care of. We just had to make sure you couldnt be brought back down to that mindset. Please tell me that means this is over. The financial stuff stresses me and I am out of options. That made her want to smoke. She was a stress smoker and that passed quickly but it is also annoying my body still thinks about that as a stress reliever. She come to You immediately, even when pissed off at You.

0315- i really do want to go back to bed for a few hours. I didnt sleep at all and I am going to have to wash my hair again today. I do not like even getting my hair wet everyday much less washing it. I have stopped using shampoo and conditioner bc they are poison. I do use them once a month but other than that its apple cider vinegar, essential oils and water on the hair shaft and baking soda and water spray on the roots. It has made such a difference in my hair health and I don’t put a lot of heat to it. I feel like I have sat here and been delivered of something and now my body wants to sleep so it can reset itself. I would love to go to sleep for a little while. There hasn’t been much good sleep. Thank You for Your spirit bc He is the only reason we are good while everything is exploding around me. My stomach is hurting again and one minute im hot and the next im freezing. I feel like this is release again and so was the sweating. I dont remember any dreams but I remember the body and mind merging and when she finally relaxed the body became the mind. I find that interesting and need to research this a little more. I’m down but I dont truly understand it. Your mind because Him bc you merged your thoughts, will, emotions with His. Ok, I get that and understand, Christ consciousness. Merged the mind with Christ. Now the body merged with Christ as the mind- losing this life to find it. I didnt lose anything. Are you kidding me? I have absolutely nowhere to go but up and noting possession wise to lose – dont care! I guess this is just some revelations of this shift. There is more too. I reset my subconscious about the lives yesterday too. My body would feel some kind of ways right before we would start the feed but I have had to show my subconscious Yeshua as a lion and to allow Him to be let out. I think I have been holding HIm back. I really dont want to do that. I feel a void. Not sure but I felt like I was spinning into a tunnel – going to meditate for a while and prayerfully back to sleep- gotta go check out this tunnel she feels like she just fell in. That does sound fun!

Let me start by attempting to explain the mirror verse. It sounds so mythological but when you realize that mirrors are portals it will make sense. Mirrors are portals into different worlds, dimensions etc and are an entry point. Cover your mirrors in the blood. So, apparently Delilah is from the mirror verse and when she gets someone they will be here but it wont be them. It is like a mirror of them – not the best parts either – but a version no less and it makes so much sense that I felt some people were totally not who I knew. And when i could feel them and pointed it out it was mirrored to me. They were locked in the mirror verse and Delilah sent the mirror version of them to live amongst us. I know how this sounds but watch Flash season 6 episodes 16-18 and you’ll get understanding. How real this is is stupid crazy. The mirrors are portals and Delilah moves through the mirrors and was once trapped in it but figured out a way to get out and stay out. She can still move through the mirrors even though she was loose. She is a monitoring spirit and views you through the mirror. She gets to know you and stalks you. She thought she could get one over on me and i find that hilarious. She had to go back. My first step was locking her back in and sealing a portal that only my key would unlock in the blood. I knew i had to go in but first I had to trap her so she couldn’t come at me or send anymore minions my way. She is a minion, in my opinion. A lower level demon that was working for someone else and I need the big demon bc I am not messing with any lower level crap anymore. they are not worth my time and I will go after the one in charge, the principality. That is Dagon in this case. i called him out and commanded he meet me in the spirit in the mirror verse.

These were discovered coming against me, my money, my ministry, my future, my everything and they had to go. It took some work and a whole lot of the Holy Spirit to uncover this. I knew there was a monitoring spirit and we are gonna call her what she is now- Delilah. We’ve been canceling monitoring spirits assignments and she is the culprit. Judges 16 is about Samson and Delilah. Here is where I tell you to be careful what you ask for lol. I prayed to be like Samson in the spirit. Strong and powerful, with the ability to slay them all with one power packed punch 🤣 and I want to be so sensitive to this body I can feel my hair grow. He did it lol and He has granted me strength and power. W this comes someone that wants that power and to know how. I find this funny bc I don’t have any power without Holy Spirit and I tell everyone that. So, w a monitoring spirit it had to be beat but she’s a minion. Had to go to the bigger demon to finish this off, Dagon the father of Baal.

A clue to this was the mirror verse and Delilah apparently uses mirrors as portals. The first thing I did was lock her in the mirror by the power of the blood. Once she was trapped I went on about my day and did some research. I had out every Jewish folklore book I have, each demonology book trying to find clues as to who these demons are and what to do. I found out through legends and the Bible they are idols, and this is where I laid everything that I could even suspect that I had as an idol on the cross. I laid myself down to ensure there was nothing unholy in me. I always check myself first and if someone doesnt they are still in their ego. I am grateful to know mine is healed! I knew I had to go in the mirror verse take care of some demons and bring someone out. By locking Delilah in the mirror verse it allowed me to go in and find her and the one missing. I walked into the mirror verse at 830 last night. I walked out at 0222 this morning and it was finished. Pretty extensive trip if you as me and I have one tiny tiny spot on my chin where the mirror got me … my God how crazy!

Yesterday afternoon i watched my sword catch on fire. It is a flame of fire now. It was like it turned into a lightening rod of sorts and He threw Himself into them and they exploded like Smith on the Matrix and I, Frankenstein. It was pretty cool. And then, we walked out. I was sick to my stomach and freezing and my hair was soaked but I dont have but one tiny mark from us fighting. She had some type of mirror hands, like in Flash, and slashed my chin. I had tiny amt of dried blood marks when I got up. But! The best news that is the ONLY mark and usually I have bruises, cuts, scratches not this time. we went in and took care of business.

He went in and exploded everything with the sword of the spirit. The Word is our spirit and He put His Words in my mouth. That is my cool experience for today. I am pretty excited to see the difference in the natural. I have had to act like I didnt know any of this was going on to not blow my cover. Silence is golden and how we win many wars! Hallelujah!

Trust me when I say I know how all of this sounds but this is my experience with Delilah, Baal and Dagon. They all went down and with them so did any delays!! Amen! the prophet He sent me helped me with this. I praise Him for sending me help. Together we are a forced to be reckoned with and that is exciting. She went with me last night and knew that when she woke up lol. Our spirits are learning together the power we walk in. She is a powerful prophet and a prophet to the prophets, a seer and submitted to the Lord. i can tell when people are submitted and when they arent. One clue is a power struggle. I can feel their inner pull away from submitting bc it is them having to die to self and they dont wanna. The masculine energies will attempt to power struggle with you. this is another clue- ego! My male energy is submitted to the Father so nobody is truly struggling with my male energy but with Him. He doesnt need me to take up for Him He needs me to listen to Him, you too. I love Him so very much!

He has taught me the following and confirmed it a few times. It’s so very simple and we are consciousness becoming aware of our consciousness lol.

I havent been able to tell anyone what this is bc I truly havent gotten the science behind it. I have read a few books and what I can come up in is it all starts with you. You cannot change anything on this planet without changing you first. This is healing. One book described it as the healing process and at the same time learning who you are. How simple! I was expecting some long drawn out thing but its not. It’s all mental and its all how you are letting your brain and emotions work. Either they are in harmony and on the same page or you are constantly in a cycle. The subconscious mind (suk (the heart) and the conscious mind (the head) must be on the same page. There are brain cells in your heart that make the cell remembrance and the information transfer easy. Who knew?! Lol

1. Rewrite the lies- get your subconscious mind out of the lies. You’re gonna have to meditate to find some of these. People dont like to meditate and id really like to help change that. If you want to try please reach out to me. Id like to have like a small zoom test run on meditating with a few people bc we should all be seeing the same thing. One person meditating does a lot but many people change the world. Our intent in the heart and our vibration bc of emotions being fixed let out heal everything around.

2. Get head and heart on the same page. Do a data dump of the information in your head that needs to go to your heart.

3. Up your vibration. This is your conscious thinking. What do you constantly think on? Are you always being fearful of what is next? Taht is a vibration of fear – the chart that was posted last week- if your pissed off all the time and miserable you’re in anger which is higher than fear but who wants to live like that ? Definitely not me. You get in an attitude of gratitude and it’ll change your entire life. Make a list every single morning until your primary vibe changes of what you are grateful for. If you only had tomorrow what you thanked God for today … what would you have and how grateful are you to have it? This changes you. It helps Him elevate you bc youre doing the work.

4. Female and male energy must be healed and balanced and married. This is important bc we are all both but without both reproductive organs. It’s energy and boy have we got our work to do! We havent known both of these energies reside in us and taht they both live in our brain. Male on the right brain. Female on the left. There is also a small little bridge in the brain that connects these two but it has not been active in our brains bc we havent know to bridge the gap by marrying the two energies. We do now! We do this in meditation.

5. Be the effect. We know there is cause and effect but when you rule in your mind so fiercely you become the effect on the earth, in the earth, and in your world. What you have created in your mind must come bc the universe is a mental plane. You think it, feel it, be it, say it and it is so! That is how !

That’s it. And when you get here you become the effect bc you do what causes it on purpose in the spirit, then in the natural. I cannot stress this enough. You never have to approach anything in the natural but handle it in the spirit and it will come to the natural. It does take patience getting to where you see instant manifestation of your prayers.

And apparently all this has a huge effect on our light bodies. I’m not even sure how far this light body can stretch or what all it is capable of but I am excited to learn. They can stretch out to encompass everyone you are in the vicinity of and they will get in their spirit what you have without saying a word to them. Changing things in others bc you changed yourself. They are going to absorb your deliverance while you absorb some of their pain and remove it for them. It’s like you are a walking vacuum sucking trapped energy out of people and lifting their consciousness at the same time. You do not have to absorb, I do bc I know I dont have to carry it Yeshua already did, demons know my name, and bc He taught me to clear it with grounding, if youre not ready to absorb shield yourself, and do not draw a room to you. If you suck the corners to you youre gonna get someone and have to absorb.. might me a bunch that come. I know we need to do this and test the waters. I just havent left my house in a few weeks lol. I pray this helps give everyone a simple understand and what being the alchemist is. It’s transmuting energy you feel in your soulish realm (mind-thoughts will emotions) bc this is where all of this is processed and then data is given to the brain and the body goes into action. whatever you are feeling you surround with love by wrapping that person in your bubble. I saw this happen the first few times and had to say I meet this with love but now I just automatically meet everything with love and wrap the entire place in my bubble. This changes atmospheres and shifts the people in the vicinity – raises their consciousness. It’s like your light body runs up to theirs and says hey you … wanna come with me .. and they are like how are you so bright and yours says we about to teach you you wanna receive and when their light body wants to come it will receive and that is how we are waking up everyone we come into contact with.

I hope this helps. You gotta be conscious of every action you take and everyone you want to take to break habits and you an do it all in your mind depending on how strong your masculine energy is bc he is the willpower inside you. He will help you quit anything using your consciousness. Amen! Thank you! Thank you for healing all of us. Daddy, You are so amazingly good to us. Thanks for breaking this down for me and giving me understanding so I can help others. I praise You and I thank You for allowing us to see our light bodies and feel them within our vessels. Make us so sensitive we know exactly which part of us is thinking, speaking, being and healing. We thank You for showing us all parts of us and for healing us, filling the holes with Your blood, thank You for patching us up- Oh, thank You! Thank YOu for new levels of confidence, boldness, strength, might and for increasing our capacity for more power.. oooo , we LOVE YOU! I do love the power. My God! Love this! Everything we say is finished. There are no words that are idle or that fall to the ground. Thanks for getting us here and for the power and velocity of our voice. This girl truly does love Your power lol. Thanks Daddy oh thank You. We thank You for rewriting our neural pathways to Your will, for healing every area of our hearts, and for renewing our image into Yours, thank You for merging the two hemispheres of our brain and marrying off our male and female energies. We should fly to Vegas today and get hitched :). And light the brain cells up residing in our hearts. Do a transfer of the data and a dump of unnecessary residual energy- get our heads and our hearts on the same page. Thank You. thank You for teaching us to trap every thought. We did it! We made it 21 days writing an hour a day. I am proud of that. I published my thoughts that popped up for an hour without flinching or even remembering what was in them lol. I have gotten messages about some of them and had to go back and read them to refresh my memory. It was so hard not to edit them when I was reading lol. He wanted this free and He got it lol. There is so much He has shown us over the last 21 days. I am thankful for that. I am so grateful I have something to write about each day. Even on the days I feel there is nothing in these the prayers hit the Body and that is encouraging and helps me press on.

Make a list of things you desire to see. Changes inside you bc once you change things on the inside of you everything assigned to you comes to you. He will not withhold any good thing from you! He will bless the environment He lives in – your house. He is amazing !!

This one is going to be pretty short I feel. I have been up for a few hours now. My stomach has been hurting since last night. Ive been in the bathroom several times and my stomach pain is what woke me up. Clearing energy that has been stuck. Boy have we said some crazy prayers over these bodies. Thanks for doing this in incriminates. I sure trust you when You say our bodies couldn’t handle al the energy they can hold all at once.

I learned something new this morning about some family of mine. One was married and i didnt even know it. The husband was apparently sick and has transitioned. I pray he knew Yeshua. I pray they all learn Him and that they find You through this. This woman’s stepdaughter also transitioned. She had a daughter from am previous marriage, well he did but she loved her and accepted her and hers and now she’s gone. She was so young. Like a child young. Lots of people are beginning to leave this realm, transition, pass on, go to sleep. Not die. We dont die. There is no such thing except to these bodies. Well, some will know what death is bc of the second death in the lake of fire. Oh Daddy, fix this. I dont want that for anyone. I wonder if either of them were vaccinated. My mom is vaccinated, she’s a nurse and they were forced or lost their jobs. She’s had some neurological stuff happen that we have had to pray against since – it has been a job getting the science of everything this thing is causing in the body and correcting it – thank You that I was a nurse – and knowing what to come against. I have even learned one of the particles in the vaccine people are having reactions to. Graphing oxide is in the swabs and in the vaccine that is causing the thrombosis (blot clots throughout the body). This particle like swims around collecting blood and just continues to swim until there is total blockage – death occurs to the body unless they catch this and surgically remove it. There has been one I have seen recover from this and then they mysteriously land at my house for prayer. 😉 not really mysteriously lol. He wanted to go out with me but Daddy wanted to just heal him so that is what we did. Holy Spirit has taught me a whole lot about that thing and what it is doing to the body. That MRNA spike protein is designed to change our dna. Our DNA speaks of YHWH yod hei vav hei is spelling in our dna and the very first sentence of everyone’s dna bc they have learned how to decode and read it like a sentence says “ God is within”. And there are still atheist. They are stupid. Like truly dumb. How can they not see this? They dont want to. Boy that caused a sharp pain in my chest for a split second. I had a stupid spirit. My God get it off people! Help their unbelief.

There are so many people on TikTok teaching junk. I dont want anyone following junk, that changes their very dna as well. One lie. A little leaven. Oh my stomach … ugh! It’s cramping. Id rather do this than throw up. Yep, we are good. Thank You. I see what I didnt want when it comes to enlightenment. The people that wake up partially get a partial story. The ones truly enlightened can see it all. They are claiming nonduality and that is a lie. I can see the non-duality too bc everything no natter what it is is to teach us something and is for our good. That God uses the enemy and the enemy uses people. This makes it dual, good and evil. They dont believe in anything. They are deceived. The enemy counterfeits enlightenment too and my my so many are deceived and deceiving others… so sad. I had burn marks on the bottom of my feet when I woke up once. Before I saw the marks I remembered the dream. There was someone I know that needed pulled out from under the hold of the enemy. I went in there and demanded they be loosed and fought. Dreams are like the matrix and we are total badasses if we have a strong spirit so it doesnt bother me to go down there and fight on someone’s behalf. And before any religious person wants to come at me about that umm Yeshua has the keys to everything including hell and if He needs me to use them to grab someone out, I got Him! It’s not my favorite place to visit but I will. It doesnt scare me anymore and neither do the demons that run things. Every knee will bow in every dimension and realm. In the matrix Morpheus tells Neo that the mind makes it real. My light body went into hell and struck a pose lol. She rocks in the spirit, this was an experience for sure and there were burns on the bottom of my feet when I woke up.

This has been really fun. These experiences that have taught me have been so wonderful. When I reflect on all of this it has been my pleasure. Truly! Since i have been calling for the fire of God to pulverize everything in us, tied to us, and everything, everyone assigned to us. This prayer covering is about 75K online but the population of every city I have grabbed in the spirit- who knows but wow you’re blowing my mind – it goes from Arkansas to Denver. ( my brother lives there and when I go somewhere it becomes mine in the spirit. Daddy sends me there once a year to check on everything. So far this year we have been flying these places in the spirit. AR, TN, MS, MO (bc a lot of my family lives there otherwise they wouldnt be bc this is not the south. You need a passport to visit there lol) GA, NC, SC, AL, Fl, TX – the south. That is my territory and I have accepted this, I want to every state last year and put them in me, some of them He just gave me but my feet hit each of those states last year. It was fun and all those folks are getting hit with fire. I love this! I find that funny bc they prolly dont even know why their bodies are hot, sweaty, burning and then tingles, stomach issues, sinus stuff- they are all elevating. We are all in transition. I am burning up inside this earth suit lmbo like seriously this body is on fire. I can feel the heat coming out the top of my head. I can feel the zaps throughout my body .. yes, you can use this body. Thank You … I will gladly go outside and stick my feet on the ground. That’s a little better.

I am craving garlic. I usually dont crave this but apparently my body needs something. I will look into this today and plan a meal around something garlic. Oooo we could have 40 clove chicken. It is so good. 40 cloves of garlic, can of cream of mushroom soup and chicken in the over until its finished. The garlic turns sweet and is so yummy on bread it just melts into it like butter. I can still cook i just dont. It’s only me. I mean I cook for me but I do not cook every day. I snack and eat one meal a day usually. I will cook a pot of chicken spaghetti real quick when i need some type of comfort or normalcy in the natural.
