Be Still & Shut up

Quick brain trick to stop anxiety.
Breathe in for a count of 5 and out for a count of 8. Do this 3 times!

This will allow your brain to know that you are safe. Your body will stop responding to wanting to panic. Your heart rate will slow and will calm. Now command that demon to leave! Renounce everything it said. Then ask yourself why you were anxious. Be honest with yourself. Search the why and heal it. What are you afraid of? Get to the root! When you find it uproot it! Cover yourself in the blood so you don’t feel like you’re missing anything, that lie was apart of you. He will patch you right up.

A few weeks ago Nesbitt said something that really caught my attention. She said “some of y’all women don’t want to be kept!” I want to be kept. I want to be kept close to Jesus. I want to be kept in alignment. I want to be kept and taken care of. If I’m gonna submit I want to be taken care of. A kept woman has a negative connotation in our society but ladies I suggest you allow yourself to be kept by Jesus.

I’ve been asking Him about this keeping of me and today He gave me these verses. I’ll definitely be His kept woman!!

He will not allow your foot to be moved;
He who keeps you will not slumber.
Psalm 121:3

I usually don’t dream too much so Daddy has been giving me visions instead but the other morning I had a crazy dream. It was a great kind of crazy! TBI survivors don’t dream much so when I do I know they are from God.

I was in a forest with 2 others named Melissa, i can’t help but wonder bout Ann being their middle names; one is for sure I talk to her. I don’t know either in person, but God is bringing one of these Melissa’s to me in August ! So excited! I haven’t met either in person and maybe could pick ‘em out of a lineup but I’m not gonna promise I’d get it right lol, but I knew them in my dream. I just knew who they were, I knew their spirits, and then I went to snoop on their pages and yep it was them, saw the faces to make sure. So cool!!

Anyway, we were in a forest and my car was parked over the hill and then the next thing I knew we were not by my car at all but in the forest. We were all holding hands and it was getting dark. We walked to find a clearing and then I could hear the demons. They were trying to intimidate us but that isn’t what happened, well, not to the dream Melissa’s but what happened kinda did intimidated me but is making me hungry for more. I knew I was dreaming and pulled myself out but now I see some stuff that is possible.
So, when I heard the demons I got pissed off. We were all still holding hands, we are more powerful together! (He sent them out 2 by 2) and I blew. I blew and we turned in a circle creating a whirlwind. We were inside this tornado of light and I felt myself come out of my body and I was like nope not ready for that yet and woke myself up. But now I know what else we are capable of! To be absent from the body is present w the Lord. Bet I don’t do that again. 🤣

I don’t know what all it means yet except He told me He was calling us higher. Don’t stall out on Him!! Let Him bring you up into higher dimensions!!

Daddy, I thank You and praise You for being You. You are marvelous and wonderful and so worthy to be praised! Thank You for the authority and power we walk in!
I cancel the assignment of all hindering, monitoring, and familiar spirits now. Enough is enough! Basta! Get down, get back and get beneath our feet. Don’t come back , go back to your encampment and be confused amongst yourselves. I cover us in the blood of Yeshua!
